SOMEWHERE DOWNTOWN, OH - The Arrowhawks held a short pre-game skate this morning, with 8 skaters participating. Missing from the ice was captain Mark Monahan. There have been no further updates on Monahan's status. A team source close to the player did offer the following though, "If I were a better man, I'd wager Mark wouldn't miss an important game like this."Take it for what its worth, folks. Sitting at 1-2 on the session, the Hawks would be hard pressed to add another win to the column without their captain. Especially against the session champion Big Pucks.
