Championship game roster

DUBLIN, OH - The summer session CAHL Friday night C2 champion will be crowned tonight. The second-seeded Eskimos with their bright yellow sweaters, fast skating and fowl attitude will be gunning for their first championship in the division. The Arrowhawks are looking for their fifth. The Eskimos are currently favored by a goal and a half, according to Vegas odds makers.

"Their defenseman are too tough even for the Hawks skilled goal scorers," said Louie 'the toe', the famous Vegas bookie. "Jensen's over/under in the playoffs is an impressive 2, but he'll be over that tonight. At least that's what we think. Our guess, Eskimos 4, Hawks 2."

We disagree. Our prediction? Hawks 4, Eskimos 3 in shootout. Take that Vegas bums.

Missing from the game tonight will be defenseman freakin' Basso and Terry Walker and forward Nate Mensel. Mac Lawless will be filling in again for Basso and looks to have an active game in both zones.

"I expect to have an active game in both zones," said Lawless.

If you're in the neighborhood of the Dublin Chiller tonight, come out to the rink. Puck drops at 9:00pm. It'll be a good one.
